Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the Chicken:
- Beat the egg in a shallow dish.
- Place breadcrumbs in another shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast first into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Prepare the Buns:
- Toast the burger buns in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the Burgers:
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom halves of the buns.
